Tis' the Season for Homemade Peppermint Mocha Lattes

Homemade Peppermint Mocha Latte
• 1/2 cups milk of your choice
• 2-1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 1 tablespoon peppermint syrup
• 1 cup freshly brewed French Roast coffee using your brewer and reusable K-Cup from Perfect Pod
• whipped cream
• crushed peppermint candies for garnish
1. Heat cocoa powder, sugar and milk in a small saucepan over medium heat or in the microwave for 30 seconds, until cocoa powder, dissolves when stirred.
2. Remove from heat and brew 1 cup of French roast coffee using your reusable K-Cup from Perfect Pod into an oversized mug.
3. Stir in warmed cocoa mixture and peppermint syrup to brewed coffee. Top with whipped cream, and crushed peppermint candies. Enjoy!
